Built from the ground up by an order-management practitioner — purpose-built for e-commerce operations, delivering maximum value at the lowest possible cost.
OLIVE was born out of my own experience managing online store orders for nearly 20 years.
What started as a few orders per day quickly grew to 20, 50, and beyond. Manual workflows centered on Excel and Access soon hit their limits. I evaluated existing order management systems at the time, but high implementation costs and a poor fit with our internal workflow held us back.
This challenge isn't unique to small shops. Even established stores with steady sales and a healthy order flow still rely heavily on manual labor in the back office.
I've seen many businesses recognize the need to improve, yet remain stuck — "this is how we've always done it," "we can just barely manage with our current headcount," or "we don't know where to start, what to fix, or how to take that first step."
That's exactly why I built OLIVE — to provide a clear, accessible starting point for operational improvement.
Time saved on order processing should be reinvested where it matters: marketing, social media, PR, product development, and other revenue-driving work. And if your store grows large enough to require enterprise-grade tools later, by all means, migrate to a larger system at that stage.
